New Construction
Ground-up homes from foundation and framing through finish carpentry, built by a licensed B General Building contractor.

San Jose, California · Family run since 2012
Lincoln Builders is a family-run design and construction company in San Jose. New construction, remodels, ADUs, additions, roofing, landscaping and commercial build-outs, with Marshall Juarez in the field on every one of them.
Who we are
We are a family-run full service design and construction company that provides a finished product of durability, quality and excellence. From custom cabinetry to full renovations, Lincoln Builders is a company that embraces innovation and superiority in building.
Owner Marshall Juarez has been building in San Jose for decades, holding both a B General Building and a C-33 Painting & Decorating classification under one license. He does not run this from an office. He is out meeting subs, walking sites, checking the work that is about to get covered up and putting his own hands on the job, which is why the finish holds up.

What we do

Ground-up homes from foundation and framing through finish carpentry, built by a licensed B General Building contractor.

Whole-home renovations, kitchens and baths: cabinets, stone countertops, tile, appliances and every finish in between.

Detached and attached accessory dwelling units, from plan review and permitting through the final walkthrough.

Room additions, second stories and bump-outs tied cleanly into the existing structure, roofline and finishes.

New roofs and repairs, gutters, siding and full exterior envelope work under one licensed contractor.

Patios, pavers, retaining walls, planting and yard build-outs that finish the property, not just the house.

Tenant improvements and retail, office and restaurant build-outs, scheduled around your opening date.

Interior and exterior painting, stucco and wood restoration, custom cabinetry, crown molding and trim carpentry.
On site with Marshall
Most builders your size hand the job to a project manager and send you an invoice. Marshall Juarez runs his projects from the site: meeting contractors, walking the work, reviewing progress with the crews and overseeing every project from start to finish.

Every trade that touches your project gets briefed by Marshall in person, on site, before they start. Nothing gets scheduled by text and hoped for.
He walks the work daily. Framing, rough-in, waterproofing: the things that get covered up are the things he checks first.
Tile lines, trim returns, paint cut lines. Marshall inspects the detail work himself and calls it back if it is not right.
This is a family crew, and the owner still puts his hands on the job. That is why the standard holds when nobody is watching.
Same face at the estimate, the mid-build walk and the final punch list. One person is accountable for your project the entire way.
You call Marshall, not a dispatcher. Questions get answered by the person who can actually change what happens tomorrow.
